Every visit begins with a relaxed, free and no-pressure consultation where Lorraine talks you through your options, answers every question, and only ever recommends what will genuinely benefit you — including telling you when you need nothing at all.
Most treatments are very comfortable, with only minor, brief discomfort. Numbing cream is used where helpful, and Lorraine's gentle, unhurried technique is something clients mention again and again in their reviews.
No — subtlety is the whole philosophy here. Our regenerative approach improves your skin's own quality and structure gradually, so results look natural and refreshed. The aim is for people to notice you look well, not to notice you've had work done.

Prescription treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections are prescribed by a qualified independent prescriber (a practising hospital doctor), exactly as UK regulations require.
Lorraine holds a Level 4 qualification in Facial Anatomy & Physiology, ongoing advanced training, and full complications-management training — which many practitioners never complete.

Complications are genuinely rare — but you're never on your own, day or night. We're fully complications-trained and qualified to dissolve filler where needed — with hyaluronidase kept on-site, ready to use immediately if it's ever called for.
