 • Your appointment will be released if the booking fee is not paid within 24 hours. 

• Prices are accurate when booking and may change without prior written notice. 

• To secure an appointment for treatments over £50, a booking fee of £40 is required; for treatments under £50, a booking fee of £20 is required. 

• If multiple treatments are booked, a booking fee is required for each treatment. 

• Cancellations must be made with 72 hours notice to avoid booking fee retention. With 48 hours’ notice, the booking fee can be transferred, but cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in the booking fee being retained. 

• If a booking is part of a course of treatments and is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the corresponding treatment within the course is forfeited. 

• Please note that cancellations must be communicated in writing. 

• Payment of the booking fee to The Elegance Clinic confirms acknowledgement of our terms and conditions in case of any cancellation. 

• Treatments are subject to availability. 

• The Elegance Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatments. 

• Corrections or top-ups of work done by other consultants will be assessed individually and priced accordingly.

 • The Elegance Clinic is not responsible for client aftercare; while instructions are provided, choices are the individual’s responsibility. 

• The Elegance Clinic cannot control the behaviour of the treatment; factors such as lifestyle, skin type, age, and aftercare may affect the results. 

• If you are more than ten minutes late for your appointment, it may be cancelled, and the booking fee will be forfeited. 

• All individual treatments and course packages are non-refundable. 

• Booking fees are held on your account for a maximum of 6 months from the payment date. 

• By proceeding with treatment, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above
