I initially saw Lorraine for botox treatment in 3 areas. This was my first time having botox so was slightly worried. Lorraine made me feel so welcome and at ease. I was also offered a drink. Lorraine is very professional and very knowledgeable of the treatment i had and fully explained the procedure. I visited Lorraine for my two week checkup and we were both very pleased with the results. The deep lines in my forehead were gone with a natural look and finish. I visited Lorraine at The Elegance Clinic for a chemical peel on my face for acne prone skin. I have a young child and Lorraine was able to be really flexible with my appt time which was wonderful. The clinic is a dedicated treatment room at the back of Lorraine’s house and gave me that added confidence that this was the right place for me. Lorraine was very warm and explained everything that she would be using and the procedure itself. She had already sent me information leading up to the appt but this gave me the time to ask questions. The treatment itself was great, Lorraine kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable and I felt like my face was in good hands! After the peel, she put a moisturising mask on and used cold ball things which felt really nice. Lorraine sent me home with a moisturiser packet, info card and sweeties! I’ve noticed a difference in my skin already. I would definitely recommend and will be back next month! Thank you Lorraine!!
